Our AI talent screening platform continues to get better. This week, we've shipped two useful product improvements to increase the chance of candidates completing their interviews.

Interview Questions as Audio

At Talent Llama, we are committed to providing every candidate with a fair chance. Recognizing that some individuals find reading text challenging, we’ve introduced a new feature: audio questions. Candidates can simply click the sound icon at the bottom right of any question, and it will be read aloud. This feature will continue for all subsequent questions, making our platform more accessible than ever. Accessibility FTW!

Invitation Reminder Emails

We know that important emails can sometimes slip through the cracks. Now, you can ensure your applicants never miss an opportunity to interview. Our new feature allows you to send up to 5 daily reminders, giving candidates multiple chances to view and start their interview.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

In addition to these exciting new features, we’ve squashed a few bugs. We’ve improved the playback of audio transcripts and resolved an issue with pushing full language evaluations to our ATS partners.
