1. Dashboards
A Bird’s-Eye View of Your Hiring Funnel
We know a quick snapshot of your recruiting efforts can make all the difference. That’s why you can now jump into a global dashboard to see overall account activity in one place—everything from invitations and completions. Plus, each campaign now sports its own dashboard, so you can drill into specific projects and track where candidates are dropping off, how quickly they’re responding, and average feedback rating.


2. Analytics
We’ve split our analytics update into three parts to help you better understand what’s happening with each applicant and every campaign.
1) Overall Score Stats
Look at how all your candidates perform at a glance. Quickly see average scores, high and low performers, and any trends that stand out across the board. This gives you a direct line of sight into what is and isn't working in the campaign.
2) Candidate Feedback
We believe a smooth candidate experience is crucial to building a quality talent pool. Our upgraded analytics includes a summary of candidate feedback scores, along with visibility into recently received feedback. Recognize patterns, spot common issues, and ensure you’re giving everyone the best impression of your team and brand.

3) Individual Rank & Percentile
Wondering how each candidate stacks up against the rest? With our new rank and percentile views, you can instantly see where a candidate stands overall and within each competency topic. Filter out the top contenders (top 1%, 5%, 25%, or any arbitrary percentile) to easily identify those who need immediate attention. No more sifting through spreadsheets—these rankings are right where you need them.

3. Competency Requirements Tuning
One of our users asked for help shaping her competency questions more precisely, and we took the request to heart. We’ve introduced a Specificity indicator that lets you see how in-depth your requirements are. Maybe you just need a surface-level snapshot of coding ability in the early stages, or you want a laser focus on leadership traits when you’re down to a final few. Dial up or dial down the specificity to match the role, the seniority level, or the interview phase.
