Interview Simulations, Campaign Cloning, and Smarter Mic Test: Talent Llama’s Latest Product Updates!

We’re excited to share some powerful new features and improvements that make Talent Llama even easier to use for hiring teams and applicants. Here’s what’s new:

1. Interview Simulations

Now you can test your interviews without needing a real resume. With our new Interview Simulation feature, simply click “Simulate" from any Interview tab, then Talent Llama will generate a realistic resume and run a mock interview on the spot.

2. Smarter Mic Check for Applicants

Our new mic check ensures candidates’ audio is working before they begin. They’ll be prompted to say a phrase aloud, verifying their microphone is properly functioning.

3. Clone Campaigns

With our Duplicate Campaign feature, you can now clone any interview campaign with just two clicks, making it easier to reuse and tweak past setups.

4. More Enhancements: Language Support, ATS Sync, and AI Improvements

We’ve added 🇩🇪 German, 🇮🇹Italian, and 🇵🇹Portuguese language support, improved 🔗ATS syncing for open-ended and pass/fail results, and enhanced the 🗣️AI interviewer’s conversation flow with smoother segues and better follow-up questions. Plus, minor bug fixes and UI improvements are live to keep everything running smoothly. We’ve also added auto-linking for teammates who accidentally sign up with a new account.
