The Challenges Keep Faced

"We were given aggressive goals of 8-10 new hires per month," said Omar. "Given that we had only hired 1 person up to that point, I didn't think it was possible." Omar knew he needed to reduce the length and number of recruiter screening calls that Keep would make to each applicant. Each call took 30-45 minutes because his recruiters are required to assess English level, relevant experience, technical knowledge, and culture fit. He was also wary of bias in the resume review process. “Our team will sometimes reject applicants just because they don’t have a specific job title on their resume.”
